Terms and Conditions

1. The merchant

The contracting party is Folio Digitals, a sole proprietorship registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) of Pakistan, trading as Folio Digitals. This is a sole proprietorship, not a limited company. The proprietor is registered with FBR in Pakistan. This website does not represent a registered company in any other country.

2. Services

We provide digital services: logo and brand design, e-books, websites, web and mobile applications, SEO, and Meta ads management, as described on the service pages and in your written scope or invoice. Starting prices are published on this website. The price you pay is the amount on the invoice you accept.

3. No physical goods

We do not sell or ship physical products. Delivery is electronic. There is no courier, customs, or cash-on-delivery option.

4. Orders and payment

A paid order starts when you accept a scope and pay the invoice (or the stated milestone) through Safepay or another method we name in writing. Until Safepay is live, this site does not collect card payments. Unpaid quotes expire as stated on the quote (or after 14 days if none is stated).

5. Client duties

You must provide timely content, access, and approvals. Delays you cause pause timelines. You confirm you have the rights to materials you send us. We do not copy third-party trademarks or protected designs.

6. Ads spend

Meta (or other) media spend is paid by you to the ad platform. Our management fee does not include that spend and is not refundable as ad credit.

7. Intellectual property

Finished custom work listed in the paid scope is licensed or assigned as the invoice states, after full payment. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing before launch.

8. Results

Marketing metrics on this site are illustrative. We do not guarantee rankings, ROAS, or lead volume.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
